Your day-to-day at Nap Chief :
Own and manage the monthly social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & beyond.Use analytics tools to track whats working (and whats not) and share actionable insights.Set clear goals for the team / department and help everyone stay focused on achieving them.Mentor designers, writers, and video editors so creative output stays bold, fresh, and brand-right.Bring fresh, data-backed ideas to grow reach, engagement, and community.What makes you a great fit :
3-4 years of hands-on social media or digital content experience (agency or brand).Natural leader who enjoys mentoring and structuring young teams.Up to speed with meme culture, reels, influencer strategies & D2C growth tactics.Strong planner, clear communicator, and excited to work on-site from Navi Mumbai (were open to outstation candidates willing to relocate).Why join Nap Chief? :
