Chief Engineer

To support the Marine Human Resources function with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition and Fleet Manpower Planning.

This role requires strong recruitment expertise, technical maritime knowledge, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sea-going personnel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, source, and coordinate recruitment of Indian ship staff, ensuring all candidates meet STCW and company standards.
• Manage end-to-end hiring activities, including screening, interviews, and maintaining a recruitment database.
• Conduct regular manpower analysis and prepare Marine HR reports for management review.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool while ensuring compliance with recruitment and maritime regulations.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and authorities to ensure smooth and cost-effective recruitment operations.
