What Youll Do : Lead & Inspire :

• Lead a high-performing team across paid ads, website CRO, SEO, and retention funnels.
• Own the full growth pipeline from acquisition to conversion to retention.
• Set quarterly targets and track CAC, ROAS, and AOV to maximize impact.
• Build dashboards that give visibility and drive accountability across the team.
