Were looking for a Assistant Manager to own sales, marketplaces, and growth initiatives, driving performance across all channels.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Own weekly, monthly & quarterly sales growth targets (50100% scale-ups).
- Track performance daily / weekly, spot gaps early, and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze sales, pricing, inventory, and campaign performance.
- Build and maintain growth dashboards for visibility and accountability.
- Coordinate with marketing, ops, design, and finance to execute growth plans.
- Manage external platform POCs and vendors.
- Unlock new growth channels (marketplaces, partnerships, collaborations).
- Drive marketplace initiatives like ads, placements, merchandising.
- Negotiate discounts, rebates, and commercial terms.
- Make quick, high-quality decisions and take accountability for results.
- Provide clear updates to founders / leads.
Skills & Requirements :
Experience with D2C sales channels (Shopify, marketplaces, etc.Growth strategy & funnel building (acquisition activation retention).Data analysis & forecasting (Excel / SQL).P&L awareness & revenue modeling.Negotiation with partners / vendors.Experiment design & rapid testing.Goal setting, prioritization & delegation.Leadership & motivational skills.Business acumen & ownership mindset.Excellent communication & decisiveness.Top Target ownership, driving execution, Data-driven problem solving, tracking metrics.
