What you'll do :

• Own the hiring process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, create job descriptions, and design customized hiring strategies.
• Source top talent proactively using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks, while staying current on market trends and best practices.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience , manage interview coordination, and optimize ATS usage for tracking and reporting.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and process effectiveness , providing updates to leadership and refining strategies based on data and feedback.
