- University degree in a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in senior talent sourcing or recruitment leadership roles including at least 10 + years in people managing.
- Proven track record of building and executing global talent strategies.
- Extensive experience partnering with senior leadership across multiple regions.
- Strong leadership and performance management experience.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of legal and ethical standards in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Certifications such as AIRS, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, or relevant industry qualifications.
