Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Director. The position is located in Bengaluru. The Executive Assistant will handle executive administrative tasks, support the Director with executive-level assistance, manage expense reports, and perform general administrative duties. Daily responsibilities include scheduling meetings, handling communications, managing calendars, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Director's office.
Qualifications
Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administrative Assistance skills
Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
Proficiency in providing Executive Support
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
