Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Support :
Assist in planning, tracking, and executing business strategies and initiatives.
Prepare briefs, presentations, and dashboards for leadership reviews and board meetings.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and internal data analysis to support decision-making.
Monitor and follow up on key action points and strategic deliverables.
Executive Operations :
Manage and prioritize the Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel.
Attend high-level meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
Stakeholder Management :
Serve as a liaison between the Director and senior leadership, clients, consultants, and external partners.
Coordinate inter-departmental and cross-functional communications and activities.
Project Coordination :
Oversee key cross-functional projects on behalf of the Director.
Ensure timelines, milestones, and reporting metrics are adhered to.
