Key Responsibilities
Act as primary point of contact for the CEO : manage calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, logistics.
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritize and respond or escalate as needed.
Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners on behalf of CEO.
Assist in research, data gathering, and follow-up for strategic initiatives.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Track and ensure deadlines are met, follow-ups are executed.
Handle ad-hoc assignments, events, coordination, and office administration tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
Comfortable liaising with senior leaders and external partners.
Desirable
Experience in a tech startup or agile environment.
Exposure to project management, CRM / tools knowledge.
Understanding of business operations, metrics, and reporting.
