This role will bridge artists, customers, and our community, making creativity accessible and engaging for all age groups.ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and execute creative workshops regularlyCollaborate with invited experts, artists, and the SkyBlue teamEngage participants and create inspiring learning environmentsManage communication with participants pre- and post-workshopHandle logistics, materials setup, and maintain attendance / feedback recordsRequirementsGraduate / Postgraduate from NID / NIFT / CEPT or other design institutes2–3 years of experience in workshops / events / community engagementStrong creative exposure and passion for art and designExcellent communication and coordination skillsAbility to multitask and manage logistics efficiently
