Summary :
Seeking a detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our Media Buying Team. Responsible for data entry, client / campaign data collection, maintaining campaign data, budget monitoring, analysis of airing accuracy, measuring campaign results, and facilitating internal and external communication.
Experience & Competencies :
- Data entry and report generation
- Communication with national cable networks and TV station representatives
- Maintaining campaign data using proprietary tracking systems
- Budget monitoring and adjustment
- Analysis of pre and post-logs for airing accuracy
- Measuring campaign results and profitability
- Internal and external communication with team members and stakeholders
- Collaboration with senior buyers to execute campaigns
- Supporting Media Buyers and Client Service Account Executives in daily tasks and projects
