Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Proactively source and attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, social platforms, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods.
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and critical IT roles (e.g., Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, Data Engineering, QA, AI / ML, etc.).
- Conduct detailed resume screening and handle first-level call to validate candidate knowledge and comfort level with required technologies to ensure candidate is role fit before forwarding profiles for further process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, skill requirements, and closing strategies.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, maintaining engagement until onboarding.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and ATS with accurate, real-time information.
- Work under tight timelines and deliver closures for time-bound and business-critical roles without compromising qualities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.2–4 years of proven sourcing experience, preferably in fast-paced or product / service entities.Strong understanding of technology stacks and ability to hold basic technical conversations with candidates.Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, social sourcing, and talent mapping.Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.Proven track record of closing critical positions within deadlines.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle pressure and shifting priorities.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage candidates across Junior to Management levels.Benefits
