Role Responsibilities :

Lead HR transformation projects for global clients
Design and implement HR operating and service delivery models
Drive competency-based talent management initiatives
Support HR SaaS configurations and process optimization

Job Requirements :

MBA with 3+ years in HR transformation

Experience with global clients, preferably Big 4

Strong presentation and project management skills

Knowledge of platforms like Workday, SAP, Oracle, or SuccessFactors
