Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager / Senior Team Manager to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate must have 5-10 years of experience in sales and team management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a high-performing team. This is a full-time position based in India.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales operations
- Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and achievements
