Job descriptionProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Ensure compliance with architectural standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance processes. Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable and robust solutions. Act as the primary liaison with the US-based Delivery Lead. Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly to all stakeholders. Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners. Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture. Conduct regular stand-ups, retrospectives, and performance reviews. Define and track team performance metrics. Utilize performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps). Promote and implement best practices in software development and product management
