• Team Leadership & Development : Lead and mentor the Flutter development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Mobile Application Development : Oversee the design, coding, and testing of mobile applications for trading and wealth management using Flutter.
• Code Quality : Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain a high standard of code quality and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaboration : Work closely with designers, backend developers, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Architecture & Scalability : Architect and implement scalable and robust Flutter applications.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends and advancements in mobile app development.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization : Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and testing phases.
• Quality Assurance : Collaborate with QA to develop comprehensive test plans.
