Role Overview :

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow a high-performing backend engineering team focused on scalable C++ / Unix systems. You will ensure delivery of high-quality software, facilitate collaboration across global teams, and drive engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead recruitment, development, and retention of top engineering talent within the team.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of backend systems.
• Establish and enforce software engineering best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines.
• Oversee system performance, scalability, security, and quality assurance efforts.
