Software Engineering Manager - Mobile Applications

Experience : 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in leadership roles

MG Techno Solutions a decade old software development and consulting company is seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager with a strong engineering background and proven expertise in leading high-performing teams across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in mobile application development , a track record of solving complex technical problems, and the ability to build scalable, high-quality solutions. Experience in the ride-hailing or mobility domain will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage distributed engineering teams across different time zones, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Partner with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define technical strategy and execution plans.
• Mentor and grow engineering talent, ensuring continuous learning and career development.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality goals are met.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, ensuring system performance and scalability.
• Champion a culture of ownership, innovation, and operational excellence.
