We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Assist in resolving conflicts and handling escalations effectively.
• Maintain client satisfaction by regularly gathering feedback and improving service levels.
