Job description :
- Manage and resolve technical incidents
- Ready to work 24X7
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to trading platforms / financial systems
- Collaborate with development, operations, and technical teams (infrastructure, network, database) to resolve incidents
- Coordinate with technical teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
- Ensure timely resolution and meet SLAs
- Provide updates to stakeholders on incident status and resolution
