Job Title : Critical Incident Manager
Location : Navi Mumbai (On-Site)
Work Schedule : 6-Day Work Week
Experience : 5–8 years in incident management / IT operations management
Role Overview :
The Incident Manager is responsible for managing incidents and emergencies within the organization, ensuring business continuity, and minimizing operational impact. This role involves assessing, prioritizing, and coordinating incident response efforts, while communicating effectively with stakeholders and leading the team during high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess, categorize, prioritize, and manage incidents to ensure timely resolution
- Lead and guide incident response efforts, deploying resources efficiently
- Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams, senior management, clients, vendors, and partners
- Ensure each team member understands their roles and responsibilities during incidents
- Develop, maintain, and improve incident response procedures and playbooks
- Evaluate incident severity and impact, initiating appropriate response procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and data privacy standards
Required Skills & Competencies :
Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, networks, databases, and security protocolsFamiliarity with incident response frameworks and ITIL processesUnderstanding of risk management, mitigation, and business continuity practicesSoft Skills :
