Responsibilities :
- Manage the activities of Regional Sales Engineers across the assigned region (12 regions in the country).
- Drive sales and promotion of world-class American automation products designed for India.
- Conduct technical presentations for customers, perform technical and business needs analysis, and recommend appropriate products.
- Follow up on sales leads and generate new leads through telephone and email solicitation.
- Oversee direct sales to customers and support local distributors in the region.
- Train and mentor distributor sales engineers on the company's products.
- Reside in the assigned marketing area and travel to customer accounts within the region.
- Attend local trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences.
- Undergo training in strategic selling skills, product technical knowledge, and periodic travel to the US.
Requirements :
Proven track record of significant sales of technical products in any industry.Strong aptitude for computers and mechatronics concepts.Aggressive, dynamic, and confident with excellent communication skills in English and local languages.Strong presentation skills for small and large groups.Basic understanding of the sales process with aptitude and desire to learn strategic selling skills from world-renowned authorities.Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.Minimum Experience :
Minimum 5 years of selling experience.At least 2 years of leadership or management experience.Skills Required
