Job descriptionBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and team leadership. Proven experience in scaling up a brand from 0 to 1, through website or marketplace sales. The brand should pertain to physical goods and not services. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential. Proven track record of successfully managing and leading digital marketing teams. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster their professional growth.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in digital marketing and identify opportunities to leverage them for improved results.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute the department's strategic goals and objectives.
