Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy end to end. You will own campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across performance & brand channels. This is a remote, full-time role. Experience in the HR / HR tech domain is a strong Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns (across paid / social / search / affiliate / display, etc.) to drive leads, conversions, and brand growth
- Optimize campaign performance : budget allocation, A / B testing, creatives, targeting, bid strategies, etc.
- Work on content marketing, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation funnels
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI, churn, etc.) and provide insights & recommendations
- Collaborate with design, content, product, and sales teams to build landing pages, ad creatives, email flows, etc.
- Manage external agencies or vendors (if any) for ad buying, creative production, etc.
- Keep up to date with digital trends, new channels, tools, and best practices
- Occasionally, support webinars, events, partnerships, influencer / affiliate campaigns
If domain experience in HR tech, leverage that to drive niche growth and messaging
Required Qualifications & Skills :
3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at SaaS / tech / B2B / HR tech firmsDemonstrable hands-on experience running multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.)Strong data orientation : ability to work with analytics tools (GA4 / GA / Looker / Data Studio / etc.)Good grasp of SEO / SEM, content marketing, email / automationExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)Ability to prioritize, juggle multiple campaigns and deadlinesSelf-driven, problem solver, proactive mindsetPrior exposure to HR / HR tech domain is a plus (though not mandatory)(ref : iimjobs.com)
