Purpose of the Job
Drive Business Growth for Professional Segment portfolio via expanding brand awareness, creating demand in the market, establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with Industry KOLs and Industry audio professionals. Key account management for strategic national and regional accounts in Broadcast & Studio segment.

Main Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Prospecting
Proactively identify and acquire new customers across Broadcast, Studio, and allied markets.Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic national accounts, KOLs, and influencers.Win back competitor accounts through value-led engagement.Map end-customer organizations and decision-making processes to accelerate deal cycles.Manage opportunities and pipeline for 12–18 months, ensuring robust coverage.Business Development & Active Selling
Drive hunting-focused sales initiatives to meet pipeline, revenue, and growth objectives.Work with channel partners and internal sales managers to secure closures.Research and assess emerging market trends, competitive dynamics, and new verticals for growth.Initiate promotional schemes and business development activities to stimulate demand.Customer & Technical Support
Coordinate product demos, workshops, and trainings in collaboration with TAE (technical teams.)Provide on-site support for key demos / events to ensure positive outcomes.Manage demo stock circulation across India, ensuring effective utilization and accountability.Collaborate with service and logistics teams for smooth delivery and after-sales support.Market Intelligence
Track competition, industry trends, user preferences, and technology shifts.Share actionable insights with management to refine strategy and positioning.Gather market data on new buying behaviors and future opportunities.Marketing Support
Work closely with trade and digital marketing teams to maximize marketing initiatives.Support content creation, exhibitions, and events for the professional segment.Propose and initiate marketing strategies to increase the market share.Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate & timely updated CRM entries (visits, opportunities, projects).Submit fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly reports on time.Track and report demo stock utilization and pipeline status.Candidate Profile
Education & experience
Engineering Graduate (mandatory) – preferably Electronics.MBA in Marketing / Business Management (preferred).5+ years of business development / strategic sales experience in Pro-Audio, Broadcast Tech, AV Integration, or related industries.Fluency in English language both written and spoken.Essential Skills
Strong enterprise / strategic selling skills, with proven ability to acquire new accounts and build long-term partnerships.Strong analytical and time management skills; self-driven, proactive with ownership mindset.Ability to travel across India.Outstanding track record in sales / business development & strategy.Outstanding ability to collaborate and communicate across diverse stakeholders (Internal & External), with partners from different fields such as global peers / sales / project teams / marketing and technical teams.Excellent relationship-building, influencing, Networking and negotiation skills.High proficiency in presenting and demonstrating technical products.Active listening and Strong communication skills.Fluency / experience in using IT systems like MS-excel, PowerPoint and CRM software.International exposure desirable, but not mandatory.Interfaces (external)
All types of target customers (Broadcast & Studio Sound Engineers, TV technical / Engineering team, , Complimentary Brands, Audio Studio Owners, TV Rental Houses, System Integrators, Consultants, Key Institutional accounts) and Business partners : Distributors, Dealers.
