Business Development Manager

Job descriptionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business Understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and prepare customized business Conduct market analysis to track competition, industry trends, and emerging business Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings in Bangalore Negotiate terms of business with clients and close deals in line with company policies. Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and customer queries. Monitor customer satisfaction and work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills. Ability to explain technical solutions clearly. Proficient in CRM tools & MS Office. Fast-growing and rewarding work environment Opportunity to work with India's top education platform Only candidates currently residing in Bangalore or those who are local to Bangalore are eligible to apply for this role. Candidates must be willing to travel within the region Must know languages : Kannada, English and Hindi
