Description : The Deputy Manager – P&C will play a pivotal role in driving a positive workplace culture, ensuring statutory compliance, and strengthening industrial relations. This position demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing workforce dynamics in a manufacturing setup.

Your Task

• Manage and maintain harmonious labour relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely resolution of grievances and disputes.
• Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely submission of statutory reports.
• Design and implement strategies to build a sustainable Blue Collar to White Collar (BC to WC) talent pipeline.
