Description

  • We are seeking a Deputy Manager - BCM Team Lead to oversee our Business Continuity Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the BCM team, developing and implementing continuity plans, and ensuring the organization is prepared for potential disruptions.
  • Lead the design, development, and validation of Body Control Module (BCM) systems, ensuring seamless integration of vehicle functions. Manage project timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with automotive standards. Provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and oversee system testing to deliver high-quality solutions within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Business Continuity Management (BCM) team to ensure effective implementation of BCM policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical business functions and potential threats.
  • Develop, maintain and test business continuity plans and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Coordinate training and awareness programs for staff on BCM practices and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and report on BCM performance metrics to senior management and recommend improvements as necessary.

    • Skills and Qualifications

  • 9-10 years of experience in Business Continuity Management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of BCM frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST, or similar standards.
  • Proficient in risk assessment methodologies and business impact analysis techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, or equivalent are preferred.
