About :

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade software development and enhancement projects, ensuring on-time, quality, and cost-effective outcomes.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
• Drive offshore delivery governance, ensuring adherence to success metrics, KPIs, compliance, and security standards.
• Lead and mentor multi-location teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and engineering teams to define project scope, technical architecture, and execution strategy.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and / or hybrid delivery methodologies for scalable and responsive execution.
• Monitor and mitigate delivery risks, escalate as appropriate, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Drive operational efficiency through capacity planning, resource optimization, automation, and standardization.
• Ensure customer success and satisfaction by aligning delivery with evolving business priorities and value expectations.
• Manage budget, billing, and forecasting in partnership with finance and account teams.
