Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in New Delhi. The Human Resource Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage our day-to-day HR operations. The role involves leading recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance processes. The HR Manager will also ensure smooth payroll and benefits administration while maintaining strict adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full cycle of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Drive training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and labor law compliance.
- Support organizational growth by fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Leverage HR technology platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources management.Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management.In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience with HRMS / HR technology platforms is a plus.
