About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our growing team at our Noida office. The HR Manager will be responsible for driving all aspects of HR operations, from recruitment to employee relations, while ensuring compliance with company policies and Indian labor laws. This role requires a dynamic professional who can balance strategic HR planning with hands-on operational execution, and who can collaborate closely with our headquarters and leadership team to build a strong people-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and final selection.
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly into the organization.
HR Operations & Records Management
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.Coordinate with headquarters for reporting, alignment of group-level HR strategies, and adherence to global policies.Policies & Compliance
Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate group guidelines.Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements, minimizing legal and operational risks.Performance & Employee Engagement
Support performance management systems, including appraisals, goal-setting, and employee development plans.Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster motivation, satisfaction, and retention.Learning & Development
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee competencies and career growth.Employee Relations
Address employee grievances with empathy and professionalism, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR-related issues.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred).8–14 years of HR experience , with proven expertise in handling recruitment, policy implementation, compliance, and employee relations.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices .Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRMS / HR software tools .What We Offer
