Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin professional with 3–6 years of hands-on experience to manage and enhance our HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and general office administration independently.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS systems, and documentation.
- Assist in payroll inputs and coordinate with finance / payroll teams.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
- Handle employee life cycle processes : onboarding, confirmation, separation.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback initiatives.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, team events, and internal communication.
- Draft and issue HR-related letters : offer, appointment, increment, experience, etc.
Administration
Oversee office administration including housekeeping, security, and vendor management.Monitor office supplies, maintenance, utilities, and fixed asset records.Coordinate with external vendors for services, AMCs, and office infrastructure.Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for staff as required.Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health & hygiene standards.Maintain records related to office expenses, contracts, and insurance.Key Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (e.g., Zoho, GreytHR, Keka, etc.).Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Skills Required
