Key Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt and professional chat support to customers from the US and other international locations.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.
- Document and escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.
- Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations while handling sensitive information.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer feedback).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve support processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, service changes, and support tools.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.Excellent written English communication skills with a good understanding of US culture and time zones.Previous experience in chat support or customer service is an advantage.Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat and CRM software.Skills and Competencies :
