Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chats as per process requirements.
- Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism .
- Meet defined quality and performance targets (e.g., AHT, CSAT, FCR).
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Ensure strict adherence to process compliance and guidelines .
Skills Required :
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.A customer-first attitude .Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills .Basic computer and MS Office knowledge .Excellent spoken English and the ability to handle global customers.Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts (5 Days working, 2 Days OFF).QUALIFICATION :
Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline .Skills Required
