Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketer / Digital Marketer who is passionate about data driven growth. This role will drive demand generation, inbound pipeline, and customer acquisition through paid campaigns, growth experiments, and analytics-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other B2B platforms.
- Own and optimize marketing KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.
- Plan and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise IT decision-makers.
- Leverage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools (Zoho or similar) for performance tracking and insights.
- Conduct A / B testing, retargeting campaigns, and nurture funnels to improve conversions.
- Experiment with growth hacks and new digital channels to maximize ROI.
What Were Looking For
5-8 years of experience in performance / digital marketing (preferably in B2B Tech, SaaS, or IT Infrastructure domains).Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA, GTM, and CRM systems.Proven track record in managing data-driven campaigns with measurable ROI.Solid understanding of A / B testing, automation workflows, and email marketing funnels.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Bonus : Prior exposure to IT Monitoring, AIOps, or Observability solutions.(ref : iimjobs.com)
