Location :  Ahmedabad

Salary Range :   Rs.30,0000 to Rs.35,000 per month. (based on experience)

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for :

  • Planning, executing, and optimising Meta ad campaigns for e-commerce brands
  • Leading and mentoring junior media buyers
  • Working closely with the creative team to ensure fast testing cycles
  • Owning performance for all paid media clients

Salary : Rs.35,0000 to Rs.45,000 per month.

This role is ideal for someone who’s been hands-on with Meta ads for at least 2 years and is ready to lead small teams and take full ownership of performance.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute Meta ad campaigns (TOF, MOF, BOF)
  • Create media buying strategies tailored to different industries and budgets
  • Scale and optimize campaigns to meet ROAS and CPA goals
  • Implement testing strategies (creatives, offers, landing pages)
  • Team Management

  • Oversee 2 junior media buyers
  • Guide them on campaign setups, troubleshooting, and daily optimizations
  • Review and approve campaigns before they go live
  • Conduct weekly training sessions to upskill the team
  • Creative Collaboration

  • Work with designers and copywriters to generate test-worthy creatives
  • Give clear briefs based on performance data
  • Suggest hooks, formats, and structures that have worked in the past
  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Analyze and present data-driven insights to internal stakeholders
  • Track KPIs across all accounts (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.)
  • Client Communication

  • Join strategy calls when needed
  • Provide updates or explain performance during escalations
  • Requirements

    Must-Haves

  • 2 to 4 years of experience running Meta ads for D2C or e-commerce brands
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing
  • Solid grasp of campaign structure, CBO vs ABO, retargeting, and scaling strategies
  • Experience in A / B testing creatives, hooks, angles, and offers
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, ClickUp / Asana, and ad reporting tools
  • Good to Have

  • Experience managing a small team
  • Basic understanding of copywriting principles
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creatives and clients
