Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Machine Operator

to support our dairy production operations, with a focus on ice cream products. The ideal candidate will operate production machinery, ensure consistent product quality, and contribute to efficient and smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain dairy and ice cream machinery (mixing, freezing, packaging equipment)

Follow recipes and production formulas accurately

Measure, mix, and handle ingredients such as cream, sugar, and flavorings

Conduct regular quality checks for texture, consistency, and temperature

Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation across work areas

Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime

Support production planning to meet daily output targets and reduce waste

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Work Environment

Fast-paced production facility with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels

Rotational or flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Salary

Up to ₹22,000 CTC

Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in machine operation ( dairy industry preferred )

Knowledge of quality control processes in food manufacturing

Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools effectively

Strong communication and teamwork skills

High attention to detail and commitment to safety

Physical ability to perform manual and repetitive tasks

Technical training / certification in machine operation is an advantage

Preference for candidates with

ice cream production & Dairy Production experience
