ServiceNow Developer - ITOM / ITAM Modules

Description : Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with proven expertise in UI Builder and Custom Application Development on the ServiceNow NOW Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architecting, developing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using UI Builder and JavaScript-based scripting.
• Build and deploy custom applications, dashboards, scorecards, indicators, breakdowns, and widgets aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and implement REST API integrations and other third-party connectors to enhance platform capabilities.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Performance Analytics (PA) solutions within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, performance targets, and actionable insights for business reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization across ServiceNow modules.
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews while maintaining adherence to best development practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Stay abreast of ServiceNow releases, enhancements, and emerging platform features, and incorporate best practices into ongoing projects.
