ServiceNow Developer - ITOM

Description :

Need a ServiceNow Developer with an ITOM focus builds and implements solutions for IT Operations Management, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Responsibilities include configuring MID Servers, patterns, and discovery schedules, integrating with third-party tools, and developing workflows and automation. Key requirements are strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Python), experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and a solid understanding of ServiceNow ITOM modules and the ITIL :

Discovery and Event Management :

• Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery to identify and maintain Configuration Items (CIs).
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow Event Management, including integrations with third-party monitoring tools.
• Diagnose and resolve complex discovery and event management issues.
