Job descriptionMinimum 4+ years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like CSM , HRSD , ITAM and ITOM Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, 3rd party integrations Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services Very good verbal and written English communication skills Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills Review the work done by team members as per ServiceNow best practices. Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation. Good to have ServiceNow admin and implementation certifications.
Description :
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, SAM / HAM, and CSM, in alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Implement and manage 3rd-party integrations with ServiceNow to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Develop and customize workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts using JavaScript, XML, and XSL.
- Review and validate deliverables from team members to ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate functional, technical, and business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Prepare effort estimates, technical documentation, and Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations for proposed solutions.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of implemented ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively, demonstrating strong time management and team coordination skills.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities to recommend process improvements and solution enhancements.
