Key Responsibilities :

Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, CSM, and other core modules
Strong hands-on experience in Service Portal and UIB / Workspace customization
Work on day-to-day support issues, enhancements, and incident resolutions
Participate in ServiceNow version upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
Write and maintain clear, efficient, and reusable JavaScript code within the ServiceNow framework
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the developed solutions

Required Skills & Experience :

6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration

Strong expertise in Service Portal, Agent Workspace, ITSM, and CSM modules

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting

Experience in handling support tickets, root cause analysis, and issue resolution

Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades and version migration activities

Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models

Should have hands on experience in integrating servicenow Instance with any other system

Having GenAI / AI Agent experience is added advantage
