Salesforce Architect - Apex / Visual Force

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex business needs into innovative technical solutions.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders, leading technical teams, making architectural decisions, and ensuring seamless integrations within enterprise ecosystems. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring best practices in Salesforce implementations.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

• 7+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform, with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and integration technologies.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams , delivering large-scale projects, and guiding solution design from conception to deployment.
• Deep experience in architecting scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions with strong focus on data models, security, integrations, and user experience.
• Strong ability to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing complex system integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently, build trusted relationships, and collaborate across business and technical teams.
