Job description10+ years of Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and integrations. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Proven ability to handle large data volumes, performance tuning, and scalable architecture. Experience in Agile / Scrum environments and a collaborative mindset. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business needs. If you’re passionate about Salesforce development and thrive in a collaborative Agile environment, this role is for you!

Location : Pune
Mode of Work : Hybrid
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools.
- Customize Salesforce applications via configurations (flows, process builder, custom objects) and integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce updates (e.g., Lightning Experience, Einstein AI) and recommend innovative solutions.
