We are looking for a skilled Presales Solutions Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce to join our team in Pune. This mid-level role focuses on collaborating with sales and technical teams to craft tailored Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements, support business goals, and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop a deep understanding of Salesforce products and their applications across various industries.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses comparing customer requirements with Salesforce capabilities.
- Lead discovery sessions with customers, both in-person and remotely, to gather detailed requirements.
- Prepare customized Salesforce demonstrations by configuring solutions to match client needs.
- Create detailed proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) that clearly communicate solution benefits and align with customer objectives.
- Develop high-level solution designs and effort estimations, validating them with technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify client needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Deliver engaging presentations and demos to prospective clients that highlight Salesforce capabilities and benefits.
- Work with engineering and delivery teams to ensure smooth solution deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Support post-sales activities by facilitating seamless handoffs and addressing client feedback.
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce products, features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Skills :
4 to 6 years of relevant experience specializing in Salesforce presales or solution consulting.Strong expertise in Salesforce platform products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) is mandatory.Proven ability to conduct fit-gap analyses and design customer-centric solutions.Excellent customer relationship management skills to build trust and long-term partnerships.Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines effectively.Strong technical writing skills for producing clear, concise documentation, proposals, and SOWs.Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.(ref : iimjobs.com)
