Role : Salesforce Architect

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Pune (Onsite / Hybrid as per project needs)

Type : Contract (6+ Months, extendable based on project performance)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce platform design, CPQ, and CLM implementations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise, strong architectural vision, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and adherence to enterprise standards.
Define and oversee technical standards, patterns, and guidelines for Salesforce development.
Drive end-to-end Salesforce CPQ and CLM implementations, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Provide expert guidance on Salesforce data model, integration architecture, and application security.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.
Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, CRM, and third-party apps) using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Collaborate across time zones with global stakeholders and development teams.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.

Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) implementations.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST / SOAP APIs.

Proficiency in RDBMS concepts, data modeling, and performance optimization.

Strong knowledge of integration architecture, middleware, and APIs.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to work with global teams across different time zones.

Good to Have :

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect.

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Exposure to DevOps tools for Salesforce (CI / CD, Git, Copado, etc.).

Engagement Details :

Contract Duration : 6+ Months (Extendable)

Location : Pune (onsite presence may be required based on project needs)

Availability : Immediate joiners preferred
