Salesforce Architect

Role : Salesforce Expert / Salesforce ArchitectKey Responsibilities : Salesforce Administration : Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.Customization & Configuration : Develop custom objects, workflows, process automation, validation rules, and reports.Development & Integration : Implement Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components as needed.Data Management : Ensure data integrity, deduplication, and optimization within Salesforce.Business Process Optimization : Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize Salesforce to improve efficiency.Third-Party Integrations : Connect Salesforce with external applications using APIs and middleware.Troubleshooting & Support : Provide ongoing system maintenance, issue resolution, and user training. Upgrades & Enhancements : Stay updated with new Salesforce features and implement relevant improvements.Required Qualifications & Skills : Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and best practices.Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST / SOAP APIs.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and database management within Salesforce.Familiarity with MuleSoft, ETL tools, or other integration platforms is a plus.Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvements.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to system enhancements.Education & Experience :

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, development, and integration.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Architect) are preferred.
