As Trade Marketing Specialist at DOBRA, you’ll be responsible for driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales through impactful offline and in-store marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role that combines creative planning with sharp execution across retail, modern trade, and consumer-facing events.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Store & Key Account Marketing : Plan and manage trade activations including sampling, shelf displays, promotions, and visibility campaigns across retail and modern trade.
- Promoter & Merchandiser Management : Recruit, train, and manage promoter and merchandiser teams (direct and through agencies) to deliver strong in-store execution.
- Budgeting & ROI : Develop, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets; track ROI of campaigns and optimize spends.
- Event Planning & Execution : Conceptualize and execute consumer events, mall activations, kiosks, and exhibitions to drive awareness and trials.
- POSM Development : Plan, design, and execute POS materials (standees, wobblers, display units, etc.) to enhance shelf presence and brand recall.
- Visibility & Promotions : Drive brand presence through offline initiatives – tie-ups, sponsorships, on-ground consumer touchpoints.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align trade marketing activities with overall business objectives.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in trade marketing / BTL / shopper marketing in FMCG (foods & beverages preferred)Strong execution skills with ability to manage multiple agencies and on-ground teamsExperience in budget management and ROI analysisCreative thinker with problem-solving mindset and attention to detailWillingness to travel for on-ground activations and store visitsWhy Join DOBRA?
