We are looking for a driven and creative marketer to own and grow all organic lead generation channels at Dezy.

This role is perfect for someone with 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing who wants to work at the intersection of digital growth and on-ground brand building.

You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimising campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, and patient acquisition without heavy reliance on paid ads.

Key Organic Marketing :

SEO & Website Growth :

• Optimise website content, blogs, and landing pages for high-intent keywords.
• Manage backlink building, site audits, and technical SEO fixes in collaboration with developers.

Google Business Profile (GBP) & AI Search

Social Media (Organic)

Offline & Partnership Develop and maintain relationships with HR and admin leaders to offer dental health checkups and employee benefits.

Hyperlocal Marketing

Community & Offline Collaborate with gyms, cafes, salons, and housing societies for awareness and referral opportunities.
