Vodka Trippy Goat Vodka is a bold new spirits brand crafted on a farm in Beallsville, Maryland, USA.
Known for our premium vodka and rebellious branding, we're building a world-class presence across digital platforms and global markets.
As we expand, were looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our creative and digital efforts from our Bangalore office.
Job Overview This role blends creative vision, digital expertise, and leadership.
Youll lead a team of creatives to execute engaging campaigns, design high-converting digital assets, manage social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), and build / maintain brand websites.
This is a hands-on position requiring strong design instincts, marketing acumen, and a passion for crafting unforgettable brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Leadership : Drive the creative vision of Trippy Goat and its products across digital, print, video, web, and social platforms.
- Digital Marketing : Plan and execute social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook), optimize Google AdWords, and drive organic traffic through SEO / SEM strategies.
- Website & UX Management : Build and maintain websites (WordPress or equivalent), ensuring top-tier user experience and conversion optimization.
- Content Creation : Oversee and contribute to the development of engaging content across channelsvisuals, copy, video, etc.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and marketing support staff.
- Campaign Execution : Conceptualize and deliver creative campaigns and product launches tailored for global audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with the U.S.-based leadership team to align global strategy and messaging.
- Performance Monitoring : Use Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Project Management : Oversee timelines, workflows, and deliverables, ensuring quality and deadline Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with proven leadership in creative or digital marketing teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across branding, social, and digital platforms.
- Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp / Klaviyo, and Google Ad / Analytics platforms.
- Experience with HTML / CSS and an understanding of design / dev collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and lead generation strategies.
- Prior experience in alcoholic beverage marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Masters Health & life insurance.
