Paid Campaign Management :
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid marketing channel.
- Optimize ad creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum performance.
- Execute retargeting / remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential buyers.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization :
Develop and execute performance campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads for ongoing and upcoming projects.Track lead sources, CPL (cost per lead), and lead-to-site-visit or lead-to-sale ratios.Collaborate with the CRM and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with lead conversion goals.Analytics & Reporting :
Monitor campaign performance daily using tools like Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms.Generate weekly / monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics : CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, SVD, CPS etc.Use insights to recommend changes for improving campaign effectiveness and reducing costs.Landing Page & Funnel Optimization :
Work with content and design teams to develop high-converting landing pages and lead forms.Perform A / B testing on ads, creatives, CTAs, and landing pages to improve results.Ensure website tracking (pixels, UTM tags, GTM) is correctly implemented.Budgeting & Vendor Coordination :
Manage media budgets efficiently across platforms.Coordinate with digital agencies (if applicable) for campaign execution and deliverables.Ensure maximum ROI from every ad spend through strategic budget Master's degree, Digital Marketing course is additional, or related field.5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the agency, real estate CP Firm or developers or lead-based industry.Key Skills :
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting platforms.Strong knowledge of real estate buyer journey, customer personas, and digital funnel optimization.Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms (e., Salesforce, HubSpot).Data-driven, analytical mindset with excellent reporting skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines(ref : iimjobs.com)
